According to PANews, Yunfeng Financial Group, backed by Jack Ma, has appointed former Ant Group executive Geoff Jiang Guofei as the chair of its Web3 Development Committee. This move further clarifies the company's strategic focus in the Web3 sector. Jiang previously led Ant Group's blockchain project Trusple and served as the head of the Fintech Lab at the Damo Academy. Recently, Yunfeng completed its first real-world asset tokenization project and acquired 10,000 Ethereum tokens for $44 million as part of its strategic reserve. The group plans to advance tokenization solutions across various asset classes.
