According to Foresight News, Nakamoto, a subsidiary of KindlyMD, has announced a $30 million investment in the Japanese publicly listed company Metaplanet. This investment is part of Metaplanet's overseas fundraising initiative, which was announced today. The financing is expected to be completed by September 16, with the issuance and delivery of common stock scheduled for September 17.
Metaplanet aims to raise approximately $1.384 billion through this overseas fundraising effort to support its Bitcoin business.
