Q-1. Why do I need to wait up to 10 Minute to get confirmation?
Q-2. Why does this happen?

Store: Today I transferred a few funds from my wallet ( $ETH of Base network) to Binance Exchange. I got confirmation from both sides (From wallet & #BINANCE ) but surprisingly I can't use this fund as it's showing (Deposit funds are frozen until confirmed). Pls see the attached screenshot here on.

Reason here showing that I deposit funds in $BTC value but I don’t' send it in BTC value, I was sent just $ETH under BASE network.

What will be the actual reason?
Please put your comments or answer. Pls threaten this as of my learning also.
