مؤخرا، انضمت شركة كريبتو دوت كوم (crypto . com) للشركات التي سحبت هيئة الأوراق المالية والبورصات الأمريكية إدعائها تجاهها.
حيث وفي بيان رسمي من شركة كريبتو دوت كوم مفاده أن هيئة SEC لن ترفع دعوى قضائية ضد الشركة وأنها تنازلت عن التحقيقات التي قامت بها والتي كانت بصدد تحضيرها للمتابعة القضائية.
جدير بالذكر أنه ومنذ تولي الرئيس الأمريكي الجديد “دونالد ترامب” سدة الحكم تغيرت النظرة لسوق الكريبتو وأصبحت الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية أكثر قبولا للعملات الرقمية وهو ما يظهر في السياسات المخففة تجاه الشركات الناشطة في القطاع.
كما تغير رئيس هيئة SEC وعدة موظفين واستبدلو بآخرين أكثر انفتاحا وقبولا للعملات الرقمية المشفرة والبلوكشين، وهو ما علق عليه “نيكا لوندغرين”، كبير المسؤولين القانونيين في Crypto.com، في بيانه قائلا:
