Mais recentemente, países asiáticos como Singapura, Tailândia e Coreia do Sul, também têm se destacado nesse cenário, por terem maior clareza regulatória e um foco na criação de fintechs cripto.
No entanto, aqui na América Latina, e especialmente no Brasil, ainda enfrentamos uma série de desafios para acompanhar esse ritmo acelerado do mercado blockchain. No universo blockchain, a experiência do usuário ainda é um dos maiores obstáculos. Tecnologias como a abstração de contas e até de redes podem melhorar esse cenário, simplificando a interação com esse universo e tornando-a mais intuitiva para os usuários comuns.
Hoje, muitos projetos exigem que o usuário tenha um nível de conhecimento técnico que não é comum no público geral, o que acaba desestimulando o usuário final a se envolver com o mercado.
Ações como anotar palavras em inglês para guardar com segurança sua carteira Web3, ter que alternar entre blockchains ao interagir com diferentes protocolos descentralizados e precisar de diferentes tokens para pagar taxas, dependendo da rede utilizada, ainda se mostram demasiadamente complicadas para um público que deseja apenas movimentar seu dinheiro com autonomia.
Para que a Web3 se torne realmente acessível, é necessário que as interfaces e interações sejam tão simples quanto aquelas que já utilizamos diariamente na Web2. Afinal, ninguém quer perder horas tentando entender como uma carteira digital funciona ou qual token usar para interagir com determinada rede blockchain.
Barreira linguística
Outro desafio importante é a barreira linguística. A maioria dos recursos e discussões sobre Web3 ainda está disponível em inglês, quando muito em espanhol, o que limita o acesso a maior parte da população do Brasil, afinal estima-se que apenas 1% da população seja fluente em inglês.
A criação de conteúdos em português, desde tutoriais até materiais educativos, é essencial para incluir um público mais amplo. Contudo, infelizmente nem todo conteúdo é realmente válido ou de qualidade.
Muitos materiais sobre criptomoedas em português ainda estão focados em especulação financeira e promessas irreais, o que acaba prejudicando o mercado e os indivíduos ao alienar as pessoas com expectativas distorcidas, cegando-as para o verdadeiro potencial do que está sendo construído na Web3.
Sem essa acessibilidade e estímulos para a criação de bons materiais educativos sobre o ramo, a adoção da Web3 no Brasil permanece restrita a uma pequena parcela da população, aquela que já tem um domínio maior dessas línguas e das tecnologias associadas. É como se estivéssemos construindo uma ponte para o futuro, mas deixando grande parte das pessoas para trás.
Conhecimento financeiro básico
Além disso, a falta de conhecimento financeiro básico é outra barreira significativa para a região. Como mencionado, muitos brasileiros entram no universo cripto atraídos pela especulação, sem compreender a lógica, os fundamentos, e até a sustentabilidade financeira do que estão realizando. Isso resulta em expectativas distorcidas e, muitas vezes, em decepções amargas.
Para que esse universo blockchain cresça, é crucial retomarmos as discussões sobre a educação financeira, oferecendo aos usuários uma base sólida para entender não apenas as oportunidades, mas também os riscos envolvidos.
É irreal imaginar que um indivíduo conseguirá, por exemplo, entender sozinho como tomar um empréstimo em blockchain, se nas finanças tradicionais essa pessoa sequer possui uma conta bancária e/ou sabe como funciona uma aplicação financeira.
O conhecimento financeiro é, portanto, um dos pilares base necessários para compreender o funcionamento dos principais protocolos descentralizados. Apenas com isso poderemos transformar a especulação desenfreada em participação consciente e sustentável.
Para que a Web3 atinja seu pleno potencial no Brasil, é essencial que enfrentemos os desafios mencionados com uma abordagem que priorize a simplicidade e a acessibilidade. Em um ambiente onde a complexidade frequentemente é celebrada, a verdadeira inovação reside em tornar a tecnologia invisível para o usuário final.
Assim como quando pedimos uma comida por delivery, não estamos preocupados com os processos logísticos que ocorrem nos bastidores—nos importamos apenas que o alimento chegue até nossa casa de forma eficiente e confiável.
Da mesma forma, na Web3, o usuário comum não quer saber qual blockchain está sendo utilizada ou com qual token está pagando as taxas; o foco deve estar na experiência, no resultado final, e não nos detalhes técnicos que ficam nos bastidores.
A simplificação dessas tecnologias, aliada à melhoria da experiência do usuário, inclusão linguística e educação financeira, são passos fundamentais para a maior adoção de blockchain. Apenas com a superação dessas barreiras, a Web3 poderá se integrar de maneira natural à vida das pessoas, permitindo que o Brasil não só acompanhe essa revolução digital, mas também lidere a próxima onda de inovação tecnológica.
