🤖Trading is complicated.
For those who have experienced trading know that they have to pay for trying to make a profit, starting with commissions when they enter the market and commissions during the trade itself. Not to mention the trade itself, when your PNL can lead you to emotional burnout.
How do you get out of a situation when you feel emotionally stressed while in the market?(write your own in the comments) There are many methods, but I will only describe my own experience here:
- Do not look at the stock exchange every minute. Setting buy/sell limits is the perfect solution for me, as I know exactly what plan I have built and what I want.
- I read news and posts about cryptocurrencies and the crypto market in general. It's a good way to distract yourself and get interesting information at the same time, and if you've already entered the market, be sure to keep up with the latest news, it's important.
- From time to time, I communicate with other traders (in my case, my friends) who have been in the market longer and share my thoughts with them, ask their opinion on certain events or news. It helps to realize that you are not alone, and to share your successes or failures, because failures need to be discussed, and successes should be shared (preferably in a discreet way).

Let me remind you that all information is subjective, do not listen to everyone in the market, analyze everything written or said. Remember, most people work for the mass market. Have a good trade.
