Particle Network launches second phase of testnet
Two new functions have been added to abstract the Particle Network:
1. Universal Liquidity: Consolidates your balances across different chains and allows you to interact with decentralized applications on any chain.
2. Universal Gas: Allows you to pay transaction fees with any token, automatically using the most cost-effective route.
