Binance ZK Token Distribution Plan
Planned date: 10:00 on June 17, 2024 to 07:59 on July 17, 2024 (GMT+8)
In light of community concerns regarding the ZK token airdrop distribution, Binance will distribute 10,500,000 ZK tokens to up to 52,500 Binance users who meet all of the following criteria:
The user initiates at least 50 transactions through ZKSync Era between February 2023 and March 2024 (a total of 14 months) (the user is the "sender" address in the transaction);
Transactions were made in seven different months (between February 2023 and March 2024). Self-transfers are not included;
The claim address does not meet the ZK token eligibility for the official ZK Nation airdrop program;
The claim address is not a contract/CEX/bridge address.
How to claim ZK tokens from Binance
Eligible users must deposit at least 0.02 ETH from a whitelisted address on the ZKSync ERA network to Binance.com; (Please note: the amount of ETH a user deposits does not affect the number of ZK tokens distributed)
Only ETH deposited directly from the following ZKsync active user whitelist will be considered valid. Binance will also use these addresses as a reference for distribution:

Binance will use the ZKsync active user whitelist as a reference for distribution. ZK tokens will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis to users who meet all of the above conditions;
Binance will distribute 200 ZK tokens to each Binance User ID (UID).
Example: If a user deposits 0.02 ETH from multiple addresses to the same UID, they can only claim ZK tokens once from the token distribution plan. Binance will only distribute 200 ZK tokens to their UID.
Kind tips:
ZK is a newly listed token, and its price may fluctuate drastically during trading, which leads to high trading risks. Please ensure that you have conducted a full risk assessment and have a full understanding of the fundamentals of the token before trading;
The seed label will be applied to ZK. Tokens marked with the seed label may have higher volatility and risk than other listed tokens. Users need to pass the corresponding test on the Binance spot and/or Binance margin platform every 90 days and accept the terms of use to obtain trading rights for tokens with the seed label. The test is designed to ensure that users understand the relevant risks when trading tokens with the seed label. The seed label will appear on the corresponding Binance spot and Binance margin trading pages and the market overview page. Binance will also display a risk warning banner for all tokens with the seed label.
