I called on everyone to get on board twice in the past two days. The first time was when it just started to rise. I clearly said that there would be a big positive news and institutions would start to enter the market.

The second time was to tell friends who had not entered the market that it would fall back to 45. That was the last chance. Later, the market fell back to 44 and pulled up directly.
