Why is the market like this now?
In short, there are two factors: insufficient funds and the bull market has not passed.
Compared with the previous bull market, the funds are obviously tighter now.
First, it is a matter of the national level. Since that big change, the pricing power of cryptocurrency has been in the hands of the Americans, but the Americans are not so loose now.
Second, the retail investors. The US population is only 300 million, and here, the threshold for retail investors to enter is high, and everyone is short of money, and the enthusiasm is not as high as before.
Third, in the previous bull market, everyone loved to brag, as if they could change the world, but after bragging too much, everyone stopped believing. So in this round of bull market, not many people dare to brag, and the few who brag don’t make much of a difference.
Insufficient funds will cause the market to be in chaos:
Big projects can still rise, but when the things everyone expects really come out, they find that they are just so-so.
Those small projects with little value, because of limited funds, can’t lift the big ones, so they can only lift this kind of short-term and fast ones.
Medium-sized projects are all dead, just like what I said above.
In addition, the bull market has not passed, and the market can neither rise nor fall, which has become what it is now.
I still remember that some people said before the New Year that the era of cryptocurrency dividends was over, and many people criticized it at that time; now that the market has risen a little, some people are digging graves again. But to be honest, in this market, there are a lot of rising projects every day, and a lot of falling projects, can this be considered a dividend? Can you really make a lot of money?
I'm not saying that there won't be a big rise later, but yeah, this is probably our last wave of crazy bull market.
