After reading this article "EF has no dreams", I would like to share my feelings:

"Totally disagree"

1. The orthodox view of ETH comes from self-protection. Most of the criticism of orthodoxy is directed at some behaviors that will "leave ETH", such as MKR using the Solana architecture. I don't care whether Solana is more useful or not. As EF and V, if we don't protect the ETH ecosystem from loss, do we encourage the use of the best technology?

2. EF can only build ETH's moat by focusing on technology investment and research. If you think the infrastructure is enough, go to Web2 and change chains. Why are many people still in the EVM ecosystem? Isn't it because of the concentrated liquidity and huge influence caused by "1 behavior"?

3. Reinventing the wheel instead shows that ETH is the normal environment of "survival of the fittest". There is no problem. Otherwise, shouldn't Solana dominate each track? In other words, the planned economy must take advantage of early development, so in the end, isn't it the market economy that creates developed countries?

Finally, let's think about a question. You have to think from the perspective of the person you criticize. There is never an objective "righteousness and optimal solution", only a subjective "strategy after assessing the situation"
