Ton的本质是一个基于telegram的L1，对外喊出了10亿人的公链，但实际上ton生态很贫瘠，上面并没有亮眼的crypto native项目。无论是最早也是最先上bn的notcoin还是最近热度很高的hamster和catizen，其本质都是用web2的数据来让web3买单 区块链的本质是去中心化 不可篡改和隐私，很遗憾在ton生态内的项目中这些因素都没有被很好的诠释 Ton生态的核心问题在于：廉价的web2流量在让web3用户，资本和交易所买单之后，并没有真正的长尾效应。对大多数天量级dau的所谓taptoearn应用来说，发币即意味着死亡。或者说，是另一种形式复刻的2021下半年的炼油/元宇宙行情 相比于十亿级别用户的潜力，项目方和vc应当更注重于如何把web2的廉价流量转换为有意义的crypto native用户。

为什么都觉得这轮没有叙事创新呢？ 因为不管是VC还是项目方，都仍然圈地自萌一样的待在原先的舒适区。 最早的WEB3是一大片荒地，BTC是第一个来垦荒的，然后是ETH系。那时候大家想的是在荒地上开垦更多的土地去FARM（获得增量资金、用户） 如今呢，几乎所有人都在对着已有的一亩三分地精耕细作，互相抢占可怜兮兮的那么一点点存量市场。在已有的土地上重复劳作（供给侧改革）丝毫不能解决需求侧的问题，更无法获得增量。 看看吧。今年有多少准备发币的项目的founderteam是上一轮牛市里做过“成功的项目”的团队。VC实习——投项目——自己做项目——找vc融资——换下一个项目圈钱割散户已经成为行业共识级别的范式，那就不要怪散户不接盘只玩meme。
