Today I chatted with a web3 project developer in Hong Kong for more than two hours and came up with 4 conclusions, which are not of reference significance, as follows:

1⃣️ The final form of Hong Kong web3 is centralized ETF, with typical projects such as CSOP;

2⃣️Crypto exchanges are almost impossible to appear on the market. The securities exchanges are subject to the 1/4/7/9 licenses. If a crypto exchange follows this model, almost no one will be willing to establish an exchange, and no crypto users will use it. Such products;

3⃣️ Hong Kong policy inherits the attitude from above. It will take at least two years for it to truly have guiding significance and be implemented. Besides, who knows what the situation will be in two years;

4⃣️ Opportunities:

· Doing asset management - ordinary people have no chance

· Move web2 to web3 and then cross-border - a lot can be done, but it requires business input. For example, if you want to book a hotel, you need to have the hotel's resources to input, or you can do it in combination with airbnb;
