Ava Labs to discontinue support for Avalanche wallet at the end of November 2023
The Ava Labs team announced that wallet #avalanche will be disconnected from service on November 30, and recommended that stakers promptly withdraw crypto assets to the balance of hardware wallet #Ledger or switch to Core Stake resources. This procedure is of a technical nature, and reconnecting to the account in the new user interface will not result in the loss of staking rewards. The developers reminded users that the closure of access to the wallet.avax.network online resource and the termination of support for the wallet is accompanied by the launch of their own Core web application, aimed at simplifying the user experience and attracting more assets to the Avalanche ecosystem. In particular, the Core wallet includes a built-in Avalanche bridge function, which will allow wallet users to directly interact with decentralized applications on the Avalanche blockchain. Earlier, Ava Labs, the company that developed the Avalanche blockchain, announced the dismissal of 12% of its employees due to the deterioration of financial performance against the background of a bearish trend in the cryptocurrency market. $AVAX #radionovcrypto
