The shareholder and director of the company is named "DENG Shijie" and reported to live in a rural address in Qiyang County, Hunan Province. The county has now been upgraded to a county-level city. The company's secretary, Chen Yaohui, is also a director of "Unimall E-commerce Group (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd." (Unimall Group (HK) Limited). According to previous disclosures by the Hong Kong police, as of 4 pm this Monday, 145 people reported the "HOUNAX" fraud case, and the total loss amount increased to more than 148 million yuan.
