Very simple, check the market rise and fall list.
Bullish: The top 10 on the rise list, the rise is more than 20%. The fall list rarely falls by more than 10%.
Bearish: The top 10 on the fall list are all more than 20%, and there are few on the rise list that rise by more than 20%.
Neutral: There are few rises of more than 20% on the rise list and the fall list.
