"When others are greedy, I am fearful, and when others are fearful, I am greedy." This sentence has basically no guiding significance. Everyone is not new to the industry.

Chasing when prices are rising is not greed, and chasing prices when prices are falling is not greed. There are only two types of real greed:

The first type is called heavy warehouse.

If a big guy you trust tells you that a coin will sell off in a few days, it would be greedy for you to buy it with a full position.

The second type is called stop loss.

If you open a position and are unwilling to stop the loss, you are also greedy. If you do something wrong and want to avoid being slapped, you have to be punched.

Greed is the cause and fear is the effect.

All fear stems from your greed at a certain point in time. If you are stuck in a heavy position, it is too painful to cut the flesh, and you are afraid of falling again, that is called fear.
