The Cancun upgrade is about to start, will ETH rise?

The Dencun network upgrade has been successfully activated on all testnets and it is now ready to be deployed on the Ethereum mainnet,

The Dencun upgrade is expected to be activated at 13:55 UTC on March 13, 2024, Beijing time, when the block height is 269568.

This upgrade follows last year's Shapella upgrade, which included several changes;

The most notable is the introduction of temporary data blobs (also known as "protodanksharding") using EIP-4844, which will help reduce L2 transaction fees.

Will ETH rise?

If the market continues to rise, Ethereum will definitely start a trend;

While the Eastern forces are deploying BTC L2, the main battlefield of the Western forces is still the development of ETH, L2 and Solana ecology;

Currently, the Cancun upgrade is imminent, and the new stage L2 represented by BLAST will also be launched soon. Ethereum and ETF are expected to be approved in May, and the narrative of Ethereum Restaking is basically complete.
