According to court records, U.S. District Judge Jed Rakoff rejected Do Kwon and Terraform’s request at a hearing last Friday. Do Kwon and his company had previously requested an injunction order. The US SEC withdrew its request from the defendants and Luna Foundation Guard for documents held by Singapore regulators.
