5 levels of news trading:
A: Insiders, the team.
B: Technicians who find hidden endpoints (leaks), such as hackers who can see the release of news websites in advance and get ahead of public news.
C: A technical KOL with speed advantage who publishes public information.
D: A bot that goes long/short on the market based on public tweets from group C. Automated bots on selected accounts are usually always faster than manual traders.
E: Advanced manual trader who is responsive and can quickly analyze the impact of news.
F: Ordinary manual trader.
G: The leeks that gradually poured in after the news was widely disseminated on everyone’s timeline and the price had already risen sharply.
It is very important to understand where you are in this order when trading the news. Generally speaking, don't be a G-rated leek.
In essence, each level is the exit liquidity of the upper level. The higher the level, the safer it is. Before trading based on news, have you figured out which level you are at?
The Dogecoin icon becoming the Twitter icon is the best example of news trading. Have you participated? Is it above G level?
