The story of FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried continues to evolve as lawyers and the court continue to argue over Bankman's bail conditions.

Well, this is not surprising, the little man bankrupted the state due to the high cost of running his business and untangling the loose ends.

Sam's lawyers have reportedly reached a new bail agreement with the US Attorney's Office to allow him to remain at home, but the law has decided to cut Sam's ties to the outside world a bit.

Under some of the proposed new conditions, Bankman-Fried would be prohibited from using a smartphone with Internet access, as well as any applications other than voice calls and text messaging.

The permitted methods of communication (voice calls and text messages) probably mean regular SMS and calls via a SIM card. It’s strange, but on the other hand, let him call, maybe the prosecutors will learn something new from the conversations :D.

In a letter Monday, Sam Bankman-Fried's parents reportedly agreed to limit his access to their devices and also signed an affidavit that they would not bring illegal electronic devices into their home.
