The legalization of crypto assets has entered the plan of the Ministry of Digital Transformation for the next one and a half years.
The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine has presented a work plan for 2025–2026, which for the first time includes the legalization of crypto assets. The document provides for the support of bill 10225-d, which has already been adopted in the first reading.
According to forecasts, in 2026–2027, Ukrainians will be able to officially buy and sell cryptocurrency through local companies, declare income, and pay taxes.
