Smarter Web Company signs a new equity subscription agreement
According to Foresight News, the London-listed technology company The Smarter Web Company has concluded a new subscription agreement for 21 million new ordinary shares. The terms of this agreement are consistent with the previous subscription agreement announced on June 19, 2025. The company believes that the existing agreement has effectively raised additional funds, and most of the ordinary shares issued under the June subscription agreement have now been allocated.
