#Spotify again raises subscription prices. Starting from September 2025, in many regions — including Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Latin America, and the Asia-Pacific market — the Premium Individual rate will increase from €10.99 to €11.99 per month. Spotify calls this 'part of our business toolkit' and promises that the price increase will be accompanied by new features, such as improved playlist design, tools for podcasts and audiobooks, as well as AI-DJ and other innovations.

The company has already achieved its first annual profit in 2024 thanks to a combination of price increases and cost-cutting. The number of Premium subscribers continues to grow: over the year, the number of paying users increased by 12% — now there are 276 million, and active users increased by 11%, reaching 696 million.
