I learned some really cool news: the DEX aggregator 1inch has made a real breakthrough — now it has native cross-chain swaps between Solana and all major EVM blockchains.
This is just incredible! Now you can safely exchange assets between Solana and more than 12 other networks using the dApp application 1inch or its wallet. The most important thing is that no bridges or intermediaries are needed for this, which certainly increases security and protects against MEV attacks.
I think this solution will help solve the problem of fragmentation between the Solana blockchain and the EVM ecosystem. Essentially, this turns Solana into a full-fledged DeFi hub. Now tokens on Solana can be directly exchanged for assets in EVM networks. This opens the ecosystem to new users and makes the entire process much simpler and safer.
By the way, I read that 1inch added support for Solana back in April, and as I was reminded in the article, Solana's throughput during the stress test exceeded 100,000 transactions per second. This once again proves that Solana is a very powerful network.
