According to Mars Finance, the People’s Congress of Henan Province recently released a report on the review results of the (Draft Regulations on the Management of Property Related to Cases in Henan Province), which mentioned issues related to the disposal of virtual currencies involved in cases. The Legal Affairs Committee of Henan Province believes that 'virtual currencies have property attributes and belong to property involved in cases, and there is a basic consensus formed in judicial practice. However, the trading of virtual currencies is comprehensively prohibited in our country, and there are no legal trading platforms; how to dispose of virtual currencies is still being explored in various regions. Currently, the Ministry of Public Security is studying and formulating relevant systems for virtual currencies, and the management of this new type of property involved in cases is more appropriate to be uniformly regulated at the national level; our local legislation should not make provisions.'
