When studying at a business school in France, there are many social gatherings, and after drinking too much, there are countless embarrassing moments like kissing and hooking up. There is a club at school called avie, which records everyone's most embarrassing moments and edits them for public screening in the school's small auditorium every month. Since it's an elite school in France, the 'dark histories' of alumni like the CEO of LV or executives from Hermès are kept in avie's archives, but everyone's attitude is: who cares. When I returned to Asia, I realized how severe the sexual repression is; in French slang, two out of three sentences are about sexual innuendos, and colleagues and friends don't see anything wrong with it. Even 'Plan a trois' is the norm; respecting human nature leads to better transactions.
