Finally understand the reason for the Alpha account being banned!
I often see people in the community crying injustice, saying they did nothing wrong but still got banned. Today, I finally figured it out: except for those obvious violations, in most cases it's because there was a problem with facial verification.
Key points are:
1. When the system requires facial verification, if someone other than the account holder tries to verify, the backend will record this abnormal behavior.
2. The wrong approach is: not closing the page and looking for someone to help with facial verification.
3. The correct operation should be:
· Stop all actions immediately when facial verification is required.
· If verification cannot be done temporarily, just close the page.
· After closing, do not click to claim again, or it will trigger verification again.
4. Important reminder: After reaching the system's risk control limit, even if subsequent verification is successful, the account will still be banned.
Remember: always be cautious when encountering facial verification!
