*Pumpad* is designed to provide comprehensive services for project issuers, going beyond traditional Initial DEX Offerings (IDOs). It introduces two key concepts:

- *IPOS (Initial Pump Offering Standard):* A full-cycle IDO service package that includes mechanisms for IDO processes, market value management, and post-issuance operations, aiming to minimize operational costs for project issuers.

- *VGA (Value-Growing Asset):* Assets issued on Pumpad follow the IPOS standard to ensure that project issuers cannot abscond or withdraw funds prematurely. This model allows issuers to earn commission income while maintaining trust within the ecosystem.
