From the great American, Trump, to Sheikh Mustafa al-Adawi
I received your video message in which you invited me to Islam. This message was in the same style as your Prophet Muhammad invited the great rulers of the world:
Heraclius, the Caesar of Rome;
Kisra, the King of Persia;
And Muqawqis, the great ruler of Egypt.
I was curious from where this invitation came? I was told that you live in a village located on the banks of the Nile in Egypt, you are not a person of any government or authority, but you give fatwas on marriage, divorce, zakat, and other issues.

I will astonish you that I took your message seriously. I considered this invitation, but I couldn't find a single reason to accept your invitation.
You call me to Islam while at my one signal, all your Muslim rulers bow their heads before me. Would it not have been better if you had first invited them to Islam?
You call me to Islam, while your own Islam could not make you capable of stepping towards Gaza, where the massacre of Muslims is happening with our weapons. You have not launched an army, nor have you taken any leadership. Are they not your religious brothers?
You call me to Islam, but your Islam has not given you the courage to raise even a single voice of truth against your rulers, who are complicit in the conspiracies against Gaza and are assisting in starving the Muslims there.
I just returned from a trip to three Gulf countries, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the UAE, and I came back with four trillion dollars from Muslims. If I had stayed longer, I would have brought back more. So does your Islam legitimize this plundering? Or at least, does your Islam allow you to remain silent about it?
You invited me to Islam while your rulers offer me only wealth and blind obedience, and instead of rebuking them, you invite me. I went to seek the honor of Islam from your rulers, but I only found wealth and slavery.
You call me to Islam,
While your world is divided into fifty-six states that are at each other's throats, and I have not heard any of you say until today, 'Come, let us erase these borders and unite under a just Imam.'
You invite me to Islam, and you are so cowardly in front of your rulers that you do not even raise your voice against them, while these are the same rulers who, at my one signal, are at my feet.
Sheikh Mustafa! Today protests for Gaza are happening in New York, Florida, California, and other American states, but I haven't seen any of you leading them. In fact, you consider these protests forbidden due to mixing!
Our expert pilot, on whom we spent millions of dollars, burned himself in despair over the situation in Gaza. And you are leisurely engaged in eating and drinking in your homes. Perhaps one of you will issue a fatwa that he is in hell because he committed suicide!
I am astonished why you invited me when you yourself do not possess any sign in your lives that would attract others to your religion? In fact, I began to think, are you and other scholars like you really Muslims?
Sheikh Mustafa! Come, let me correct your direction.
Your Prophet Muhammad did not send any invitation to any king or ruler in Mecca before the migration. If he had sent one, what would he have said? That we are oppressed, besieged, the Quraysh are torturing us, starving us?
Thus, the Prophet began his invitations with the words 'أسلم تسلم' (Embrace Islam and you will be safe) in Medina, when you had become the possessors of power and authority, and invited the rulers of the world. At that time, you had a practical system that even the enemy acknowledged.
This is the true call of Islam that is given to kings, not the one you sent to me sitting in your home or on your TV screen.
Sheikh Mustafa! Do not think that we are prosperous. Our capitalist system has exhausted us, destroyed our families, and made our society worse than that of animals. Here men marry men and women marry women, and I am fighting with all my strength against these filth, but it is surprising that these tendencies are also emerging among your elite!
Where are you? And where is that Islam to which you call?
I swear by the honor of Ivanka and her mother, that if you had implemented Islam as your Prophet and the rightly guided caliphs did, we would have been the first to accept your religion. We need this religion, not just its rituals, but to rescue us from the filth of the capitalist system. But what can we do, you do not even have the courage to implement it.
In the end, I remind you of Izz al-Din Ibn Abd al-Salam, who spoke the word of truth against the oppressors and shook the thrones.
I invite you to follow in their footsteps, speak the truth, fear Allah, and not the world. Be a man as your Lord has commanded you, bring about the change as your Prophet did. Tear down the borders that we have established between you, overthrow the thrones we have placed over your heads, and establish your Islam on the rubble of them.
If you do that, we will no longer need your invitation; rather, I will lead my people and migrate to your country.
