Google Play allows encryption protection providers in key areas
According to Cointelegraph, July Play is set to decide new requirements for specific governance providers across more than 15 jurisdictions, including the United States. This updated policy, which prevents implementation on October 29, requires developers in the United States to register with original samples as financial services or money transfer businesses. Meanwhile, staff in the European Union must register as Crypto Asset Service Providers (CASP). In the United States, companies that are regulated by the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) as financial service businesses must only meet specific obligations. In order to implement this written program with anti-money laundering (AML) provisions, which may lead to widespread adoption and customer identity verification (KYC) beyond others. The European policy does not distribute creditworthiness and non-U.S. creditworthiness for service providers in the United States or the European Union, although such practices are occurring in some other funding.
