I am participating in the #BinanceAlpha100Wen competition

Time flies so fast, Alpha has already reached its 100th issue. Thinking about the stories in between, there are indeed many.

Binance Alpha started around March/April, right? At that time, I just started to engage. I activated my blue V account and looked down on Alpha because it took community shares, so I wrote an article analyzing why Binance was doing Alpha, what consequences it would bring, and received support and replies from Lone Crane and Ice Frog teachers. When the traffic exceeded 100,000, I felt I really made it!

My basic argument is that Binance, under the pressure of capital coercion and OKX wallet, only cares about profit, disregarding the community, and is solely focused on success, with everything else being expendable;

Now it seems my views have some realization. The project has a fast monetization channel, Binance has profits and users, the worst is the community, the share is compressed, and on-chain is basically annihilated, with diamond hands almost nonexistent;

Perhaps we also need to view this issue dialectically. Was the community before TGE really a community?

This question is too grand, but I have indeed seen two examples: one is Teacher Fengmi using a million ARB to vote, and the other is STRK diamond hands until it hits zero;

However, Alpha, I have not heard of anyone being a diamond hand. In the group, everyone runs fast when the market opens. You can't blame those who brush Alpha; if you know nothing about the project, there’s really no reason to hold it.

I once thought Binance might not succeed, but that illusion shattered quickly. Alpha went through the city like a hot knife through butter. There was nothing I could do; I could only join. From that moment on, I wrote Alpha's interaction records every day. On one hand, I wanted to see how profitable it really was and how long it could last. On the other hand, my content was lacking, so creating some content daily also served as motivation and persistence for myself;

Everyone can see my statistics chart. I have also persisted for 89 days. Binance is acceptable for playing with your relatives, friends, and family, so I also opened an account for my girlfriend to join;

Profit before the May statistics: 648u;

Profit in May: 1498u;

Profit in June: 189u;

Profit in July: 420u;

Profit in August so far: 240u;

That is to say, by spending about fifteen minutes each day, I have already made a total profit of 2995u from Binance Alpha, averaging 748u per month, equivalent to 5368 RMB;

Isn't it a bit unfair to eat someone else's food and then scold them for breaking their pots?

At that time, I watched Enheng the Prince.

@EnHeng456

In a tweet, he mentioned that the Fourth Brother supported a sick young man, who relied on brushing his and his mother's Alpha account to maintain his life. The Prince proposed a concept of world basic income, believing that Alpha is Binance's charitable act;

Honestly, I looked down on it at that time, but three months later, I had already become a beneficiary of Alpha;

Do you hate it? Do you think Alpha has taken away on-chain shares, leaving you with no way to interact?

Do you love it? How many people have improved their lives with a basic income because of Alpha?

The wheels of the times move forward, those who are discarded and crushed, those who catch up and those who fall behind. Who should be remembered, who should be called heroes? Think about those laid off in '94, think about those who went south to make a fortune. The strength of Binance is now unshakable in the crypto circle. Its policies are basically commands: I tell you where to go, you must go there. If you don't go, you figure it out yourself.

This question ultimately returns to how we live our lives well and how we view success. Perhaps brothers who haven't kept up, those who haven't made money, and those who have been forced out of the circle cannot be said to be unsuccessful. Those who make money in Binance Alpha, those who succeed in wallet creation, cannot be said to be heroes. I think in the long river of time, those who can truly be called heroes are those who can face their inner selves, accept reality calmly, and live their lives!

Uh, it seems I got a bit carried away. I’m sorry, but I slowly started to clarify my thoughts. In this Web3 circle, every day is about getting rich, every day has strategies, every day has interactions. I am really tired. Perhaps I also need to start looking for my own path like my mentor, the landlord from Eleven;

Previously, I was always dependent, comparing, and imitating. This time, I decided to be myself. I no longer aim for an annual income of 100,000, 1 million, or 10 million. I can live happily earning 400u a month from brushing Alpha!

Back to the topic, Binance Alpha has reached its hundredth issue, which is impressive. I admire Binance's determination and strength, but I also have a small suggestion. The current interaction method of Alpha really drains the community too severely. If more ways to let people understand the project, the community, and the blockchain gameplay could be added, wouldn’t it be better for the project, for the industry, and for the entire ecosystem? I hope Alpha does a good job of attracting new users and also strives to convert them, so more newcomers can come to this rich and colorful world on-chain, and the industry can go further.

In the end, I won't wish everyone wealth, but I wish everyone good health and happiness. Thank you for patiently reading my ramblings. Thank you!
