Proposal: Plan to launch a banking model for Binance

1. Summary
Binance is currently an online-based cryptocurrency exchange. However, relying solely on the online system often leads to customers facing difficulties accessing funds due to technical issues, network failures, or legal complexities.
The purpose of this proposal is to encourage Binance to launch a crypto banking model where customers can complete necessary transactions by visiting offline branch offices as well as online.
2. Key Features
Two-step access:
Online system: Transactions through app/website.
Offline branches: Customers can directly attend to work if there are network or online issues.
Recorded transaction records:
Each transaction will be stored in the digital system and in the form of paper receipts.
Support for both dollars and crypto:
Customers will be able to hold USD, EUR, BDT (where permitted by law) and BTC, ETH, USDT, etc. together.
Emergency withdrawal system:
Even if the online system is down, urgent cash or crypto withdrawal can be done by visiting the office with a national ID/passport.
