I don’t touch the market until I’ve done this:

1. Check DXY, ES mini, BTC dominance

2. Scan liquidity zones on BTC/USDt 4H

3. News catalysts → macro or protocol-specific

4. Order flow anomalies

5. Set alerts. Walk away.

This takes about an hour or more but helps build clarity as routine beats randomness.
