Binance co-founder Changpeng Zhao (CZ) has filed a motion to dismiss the $1.8B lawsuit from the FTX bankruptcy estate, arguing that the U.S. court lacks jurisdiction over him due to his residency in the UAE.
According to Bloomberg, CZ also claims the allegations donโt apply extraterritorially, undermining the legal foundation of the case.
