The decision was made after assessing that Bolsonaro had violated precautionary measures previously imposed on him, such as the prohibition of communicating with other individuals under investigation and the restriction on the use of social media. Minister Moraes indicated that the former president used the social media accounts of others, including his children, to disseminate messages that "incited attacks on the STF".
