🗽 White House prepares executive order against "debanking"
The Trump administration wants to prohibit banks from refusing services for ideological reasons - for example, to conservatives, crypto companies, religious organizations or small businesses. What will be proposed:
🔴 Inspections from the Justice Department and financial regulators for each such case.
🔴 Fines and investigations for discrimination.
🔴 Banks will be required to review their refusal policies.
🔴 The Small Business Agency (SBA) will help affected entrepreneurs.
