- The United States plans to impose a bail amount of up to $15,000 on some entrants.
- Fed Chair Mary Daly: The time for interest rate cuts is approaching, and the likelihood of more than two cuts this year is very high.
- Goldman Sachs: The Fed is expected to cut interest rates three consecutive times, each by 25 basis points, starting in September; an additional reduction of 50 basis points may occur if the unemployment rate continues to rise.
