This morning, ILV caught many people off guard as it skyrocketed from 11.8 to 18.29 in just a few candles. RSI(6) even hit 98.5 – an extremely rare level. This data is enough to create a strong FOMO whirlwind.
However, there is still one strange thing:
Most accounts and positions are still Short.
It seems that the crowd doesn't yet believe this rally is real – and that’s when the sharks play their usual game.
🧠 What do I see after this pump?
• The short trap might be almost over. Those who resisted the recent surge are likely facing liquidation.
• The sharks might hold the price a bit longer around 18.0–18.3, then push for one last surge up to the 18.8–19.5 range → completing the act of 'trapping late Longs'.
• What comes next? There might be a strong sell-off, just as everyone FOMO's into Long.
📌 If you're watching:
• It’s not advisable to Long late at this point – the risk is very high.
• If you already have orders in place, you should start taking profits gradually or move your stop.
• Be careful of a 'surprise sell-off' that might occur when the market thinks 'it will go up further'.
