New TON Reserve: Verb Technology to Raise $550 Million to Purchase Toncoin
Verb Technology will raise $558 million through a private placement — the funds will be used to purchase TON. As a result, the company will become a public holder of Toncoin and change its name to TON Strategy Co.
The deal involves more than 110 investors, including Kingsway Capital, BlockchainCom, Vy Capital, and Ribbit Capital. The deal is expected to close on August 7.
