Scroll announced the launch of the "DAO Delegate Accelerator Program," aimed at educating, mentoring, and funding active participants to develop the Scroll ecosystem through delegation activities. The program started on July 14 and will last until the end of August 2025. This is an important step towards strengthening the decentralized governance of the project.

In April 2025, Scroll implemented the "Euclid" update, which reduced fees by nearly 90%, improved network throughput, and enhanced its security. Additionally, the project is actively moving towards transitioning to Type-1 zkEVM with a new open framework that will ensure full compatibility with Ethereum and further expand the platform's capabilities.
