📢 Following a $450M private placement, Mill City Ventures has become the first publicly listed firm to launch a crypto reserve backed by the Sui Foundation.
The deal includes matched investments from hedge fund Karatage and Sui Foundation. The SUI tokens were acquired at an average price of $3.64 and are now available through a liquid public wrapper.
Mill City’s Sui treasury now exceeds $277M, giving retail and institutional investors direct access to Sui via a listed vehicle. Operations are managed by Galaxy Asset Management, with partners including Pantera, ParaFi, and Electric Capital.
📈 Mill City now surpasses DeFi Technologies ($17M in SUI) and Lion Group ($3M), establishing itself as the largest public holder of SUI.
