The main objectives are to achieve 10,000 transactions per second (TPS) on layer 1 and up to 1 million TPS on layer 2, ensuring 100% uptime. To achieve this, the plan proposes key updates such as Beacon Chain 2.0 and EVM 2.0, as well as integrating quantum-resistant cryptography.
