  • A universal fee discount for all newly listed options contracts, starting from 2025-08-04.

  • An revised fee structure for the Binance Options Enhanced Program, offering more attractive maker/taker fees tailored to high-volume and institutional traders.

Promotion 1: Fee Discount on Newly Listed Options Contracts 

Binance Options is offering a 20% fee discount across all VIP levels.

The above fees apply to all newly listed options contracts from 2025-08-04 till further notice. New Daily Option expiries (T+3) will be added at 08:00 UTC every day. For example, BNB-250807 will be listed on 2025-08-04 08:00 UTC.  

Promotion 2: Updated Binance Options Enhanced Program

To better support active and institutional participants, we have updated the Binance Options Enhanced Program with more competitive fee tiers, lower qualification thresholds and a longer grace period for onboarding.

The new fee schedule will replace the previous fees outlined here, all other terms of the existing enhanced program remain unchanged. In addition, the grace period has been extended from 3 weeks to 4 weeks. During this time, successful applicants will receive Tier 1 maker and taker fee rates on Binance Options and will be exempt from weekly reviews.
