A REPORT BY THE WORKING GROUP
The Working Group supports the idea that digital assets and blockchain technology have the potential to transform not only the financial system in America but also models of ownership and governance across the economy. American innovators who lead the way in creating new industries with these technologies deserve both clear policy guidance and recognition for their achievements.
Additionally, the Working Group believes that the grassroots movement driving the development of cryptocurrencies—committed to establishing a more open and efficient financial system for everyone—should be acknowledged. It wasn't until President Trump that this movement received the acknowledgment it warrants.
The Working Group urges the Federal government to implement President Trump’s commitment to establish America as the “crypto capital of the world” and to adopt a mindset that fosters innovation concerning digital assets and blockchain technologies.
