▪️It is recommended to definitively end “Operation Choke Point 2.0”
▪️Banks will be able to custody, tokenize, and issue stablecoins without regulatory hurdles
▪️Transparency is sought for banks to obtain licenses and access accounts at the Fed
▪️This could multiply partnerships between banks and crypto projects, and legitimize the use of stablecoins in the traditional system

▪️The report states that the dollar can be modernized and its dominance increased thanks to stablecoins
