I came across Binance's campus recruitment internship positions this year and initially thought it was an opportunity for blockchain newcomers, but when I opened the requirements, my pupils shook—this is clearly not hiring interns, it’s looking for 'all-rounders in the crypto space'! 💥
📌 How harsh are the job requirements? Each point hits a pain point:
1. Just being good at social media isn’t enough, you really need to have done it! Experience in operating a Xiaohongshu account and being able to shoot and edit videos will give you extra points; pure beginners might struggle even at the resume stage.
2. Content creation + super strong execution must be fully stacked! You not only need to be able to write and edit, but also be an 'action-oriented' person, with ideas that can be implemented quickly.
3. Are 'natives' of the crypto space prioritized? You need to be clear about the industry, and when the hot topics mature, otherwise you won't even be able to keep up with what colleagues are talking about.
4. The most outrageous is this point: having in-depth experience with cryptocurrencies and engaging in on-chain interactions gives extra points! So you also need to come with 'user experience' experience?
💼 Let’s look at the work to be done:
• Managing Twitter, Xiaohongshu, WeChat video accounts means you have to be proficient in both domestic and foreign social media platforms.
• Everything is based on data; key indicators and results-oriented, there's no room for slacking off.
This is clearly aimed at the Chinese market! For those who want to enter the crypto space, doesn’t this requirement directly discourage you? Anyway, after reading this, I just want to quietly improve my skills…😮💨
