When Fed raises interest rates, it becomes more expensive to borrow money. That means people have less extra cash to put it in crypto market. That is why crypto market often drop.
Contrary to this, if Fed lowers interest rates it will make people borrow money easily and also invest in crypto market. That is why we often see green candles.
