In simple terms, rolling positions means using small funds to generate large returns. It sounds scary, but in other words, it is adding to your winning positions, a conventional method in the futures market. Those who truly master it can start with a few thousand and still make it to a million!
How to roll positions? You’ll understand with an example:
You only have a profit of 50,000 (note: this is profit, not principal! If you're still in the red, don't rush to read this)
You open a position in BTC at 10,000 USD
🔸 Use 10x leverage (actually opening a position of 10%, which is equivalent to 1x leverage)
🔸 Isolated margin mode + 2% stop-loss
What if you are wrong? The stop-loss is 2%, so you only lose 1000!
What if you're right, and BTC rises to 11,000?
YouContinue rolling, using 10% of your total capital to enter again, with a 2% stop-loss. The risk is still low, but the returns are amplified!
Many people ask me, how do people get liquidated?
In simple terms, it’s heavy betting + no rhythm + no stop-loss!

Four steps of rolling positions:

3️⃣ Control your leverage, don’t jump in with full positions of 10x or 20x,
Steadily use 2-3x; the win rate is key!
4️⃣ If you fail to roll, and your profits are wiped out, stop and continue to earn profits from your principal.
