Kirk West, a Nashville man, has been arrested for allegedly stealing a Ledger wallet containing 5.5 million XRP tokens—worth over $17.4 million today—from Nancy Jones, widow of the late country star George Jones.
🚨 West, once romantically involved with Jones, reportedly posed as a “crypto expert” and convinced her to invest in XRP, $ETH , DOGE & SHIB. But just weeks ago, he allegedly cracked her safes and vanished with the wallet.
✈️ He was arrested Friday at Nashville Airport. Most XRP has been recovered—except 483,000 tokens still missing.
